v You agree to SAFE, SANE, RESPONSIBLE and CONSENSUAL PLAY and that you enter the function at your own risk.
v There is to be NO sexual penetration or acts of masturbation at ANY of our functions.
v That Hush Now Management and venue staff have absolute right of refusal of entry to any person including those holding (or waiting for) a VIP card.
v That you agree to immediately leave the venue if deemed necessary or instructed by Hush Now management or venue staff .
v That you will not display drunken or obnoxious behaviour whilst attempting to gain entry to or during any Hush Now function.
v That you agree not to possess / use any illegal substance(s) or items within venue premises or grounds
v That a respectful attitude to others is to be displayed at all times and to enter and leave venue premises in a quiet and respectful manner
v That you understand our dress code is either neat "dressy" black or leather, latex, rubber, PVC, lace or fetish. No T-shirts, runners or blue denim jeans or casual attire. (neat black denim jeans are ok).
v That you agree to abide by any venue policies in place where Hush Now holds its functions
v That you agree to conduct your self in a lawful manner at all times whilst attending any Hush Now function
v There are to be no cameras brought into our functions. Hush Now has it's own camera and our Photographer will ask people prior to taking the shot if you are OK with your face showing. If you are NOT then TURN away or we can blur it out. If you would like to have your picture emailed to you then please give your email address to our photographer. Hush Now retain the ownership of the picture under the copy right laws and can use it as it sees fit for it's web site or for promotion.

Cameras in Mobile Phones. We ask you
to please NOT take any photos inside the venue
with your mobile phone camera and respect everyone's privacy.
v That revoked or no longer required VIP card (s) are non-refundable or transferable.
v That you shall not hold the management of Hush Now or venue management or staff responsible for any injury, be it physical or mental that you may sustain be it deliberate, accidental or implied prior to, during or after your attendance at any function held by Hush Now.
v You understand Hush Now only allows “lighter forms” of negotiated Domination and submissive play between consenting adults at all its functions which include spanking, flogging, cropping and humiliation. You agree to adhere to these rules and understand our Hush Now helpers, management and staff can/will assess all play and if considered necessary they can stop it or ask those involved to slow it down or change it. Hush Now does not allow any “heavy” play which includes but is not limited to needle, knife or electro play. You also understand that play is NOT compulsory. You agree to respect a person’s decision NOT to play if asked.
v You understand that Safe words and / or Safe signs MUST be negotiated prior to any "play" at our functions and adhered to and a limit of 15 Minutes play time on each piece of equipment.
v There is to be no full nudity at our functions.
Failure to comply with any or all of the above whilst attending any of our functions may result in banning from our events and /or immediate cancellation of your VIP card. If deemed necessary legal action may also be taken. These conditions are subject to change, alteration or amendment as required by Hush Now management and in accordance with prevailing State Laws.
